<dinofyi-dinosaur slug="aardonyx-celestae"></dinofyi-dinosaur>†Aardonyx celestae fue un dinosaurio prosauropodo transicional del Jurásico Temprano (~195 Ma) de Sudáfrica. Con unos 7 m de longitud, muestra características anatómicas intermedias entre la locomoción bípeda y cuadrúpeda. Herbívoro, fue descrito por Yates et al. en 2010. Su nombre significa 'garra de tierra' en afrikáans y griego.
