† Edmontosaurus regalis, the 'royal Edmonton lizard,' is a large saurolophine hadrosaur from the Campanian Horseshoe Canyon Formation of Alberta, Canada. Up to 12 m long and 4 tonnes, it co-existed with tyrannosaur Albertosaurus in the high-latitude river delta environments of northern Laramidia.
