Spheroolithus

† Spheroolithus is a fossil egg ootaxon from the Late Cretaceous of Mongolia, grouped within Spheroolithidae. These spherical eggs with prismatic columnar eggshell microstructure are typically attributed to hadrosaur or sauropod dinosaurs.
