Boutersemia belgica is an extinct bird of prey from Oligocene or Miocene deposits of Belgium. This small carnivorous raptor is the type species of the genus and is named for its Belgian origin. Known from fragmentary material recovered from Oligocene marine or lacustrine deposits, it represents part of the early European falconid or accipitrid radiation.

Boutersemia belgica was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
