† Trisauropodiscus pompompoi is an Early Jurassic ichnospecies from Lesotho, one of several Trisauropodiscus ichnospecies from the Elliot and Clarens Formations. Together these ichnospecies reflect diverse small to medium tridactyl archosaurs in Early Jurassic Gondwana.

Trisauropodiscus pompompoi was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
