†Dryornis pampeanus is an extinct large condor-like or teratornithid bird from the Pliocene–Pleistocene pampas of Argentina. This carnivorous or scavenging bird possessed an impressive wingspan and likely soared over South American grasslands hunting or scavenging megafauna.
