Branta hypsibata is an extinct goose from Pleistocene or Holocene deposits of the United States. This herbivorous waterfowl is known from isolated limb elements and represents part of the diverse Quaternary North American goose fauna. Related to modern Branta species like the Canada goose, it contributes to our understanding of Pleistocene anatid diversity.
