An extinct genus of Hawaiian honeycreeper (Fringillidae: Drepanidinae) known from subfossil deposits in Hawai'i, USA. Chloridops was a large-billed finch-like bird adapted for cracking hard seeds such as those of native palms. Its extinction followed Polynesian settlement and associated habitat modification on the Hawaiian Islands.
