Megalodytes immensus was a giant flightless duck from Quaternary Cuba. One of the largest ducks known, this extinct Cuban bird evolved in isolation on Caribbean islands, losing flight ability in the predator-free island environment before human arrival led to its extinction.
Diet & Feeding
Laputavis robusta was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
