† Megaraptor namunhuaiquii was a large megaraptoran theropod from the Late Cretaceous of Argentina. Initially thought to be a dromaeosaurid, its massive arm claws (~30cm) turned out to be hand claws not foot claws. At ~8m, it was an apex predator in Patagonia.

Larus pristinus was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
