† Matheronodon provincialis was a rhabdodontid ornithopod from the Late Cretaceous of southern France. Its hypertrophied crushing teeth resembled those of modern seed-eating birds, possibly specialized for processing hard plant material including seeds on the Ibero-Armorican island.
