† Megalosaurus tibetensis is a Jurassic theropod from Tibet, tentatively placed in Megalosaurus. Known from fragmentary vertebrae and limb bones, it suggests large carnivorous theropods inhabited the Tibetan region during the Mesozoic prior to the Himalayan uplift.
Diet & Feeding
Lithornis promiscuus was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
