<dinofyi-dinosaur slug="mancalla"></dinofyi-dinosaur>† Nanshiungosaurus brevispinus was a therizinosaur from the Late Cretaceous of Guangdong, China. A basal member of therizinosaurs—the peculiar long-clawed herbivorous theropods—this species had an unusually short spine, distinguishing it from its longer-necked relatives.
Diet & Feeding
Mancalla was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
