Mycteria ibis is the yellow-billed stork (Ciconiidae), a living African wading bird. Fossil and subfossil records from the Congo region document its long history in African tropical wetland and savanna woodland habitats.
Diet & Feeding
Mycteria ibis was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
