Sula pohli is an extinct booby from Pliocene or Pleistocene deposits of California, USA, documenting past Sula diversity along the eastern Pacific. Multiple extinct Sula species illustrate a richer historical seabird community than exists today.
Diet & Feeding
Sula pohli was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
