<dinofyi-dinosaur slug="sylvia"></dinofyi-dinosaur>Sylvia is a genus of Old World warblers (family Sylviidae), with fossil material from Eocene deposits of Italy. These small insectivorous songbirds are characteristic of Mediterranean scrub habitats and include long-distance migratory species.
Diet & Feeding
Sylvia was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
