Thalassarche chlororhynchos (Atlantic yellow-nosed albatross) is a mid-sized albatross breeding on Atlantic island groups, with a yellow-tipped bill. Fossil relatives document the biogeographic history of albatrosses in the Southern and Atlantic Oceans.
Diet & Feeding
Thalassarche chlororhynchos was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
