Tyrannida

Tyrannida is a large subclade of passerine birds containing flycatchers and their relatives, with fossil material from France. This major perching bird group diversified extensively in the Cenozoic and is today one of the most species-rich bird groups.

Carnivore

Tyrannida was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
