Mesetaornis pollinii was an Eocene bird of uncertain affinity from Europe, possibly related to rails or limpkins. Known from fragmentary material, it documents the diversity of early Cenozoic European birds before the modern waterbird assemblages became established.

Lufengosaurus changduensis lived during the Jurassic Early period of the Mesozoic Era, approximately 201,4 to 174,7 million years ago.
