† Megaraptoridae is the family of megaraptoran theropods, including Megaraptor, Aerosteon, and Australovenator. These large Cretaceous predators with hypertrophied arm claws are found in Gondwana, suggesting a southern origin for this distinctive predatory lineage.
Diet & Feeding
Larus utunui was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
