Mycteria milleri is an extinct Pliocene stork from the United States. A large wading bird related to modern wood storks, it frequented warm Neogene North American freshwater wetlands and estuaries to hunt fish and amphibians.
Diet & Feeding
Mycteria milleri was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
