Myiarchus antillarum is an extinct Puerto Rican flycatcher (Tyrannidae). Known from Quaternary cave deposits, this small insectivorous bird went extinct following Amerindian and later European settlement of the Caribbean.
Diet & Feeding
Myiarchus antillarum was a plant-eating dinosaur. Herbivores typically fed on ferns, cycads, conifers, and other vegetation available during their era. Many herbivorous dinosaurs developed specialized teeth and digestive systems for processing tough plant material.
