Zebrilus undulatus (zigzag heron) is a tiny, secretive heron native to dense tropical flooded forests of Amazonia, including Venezuela. It is rarely observed, blending into reed and root tangles with its boldly striped cryptic plumage.
Diet & Feeding
Zebrilus undulatus was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
