Nelepsittacus donmertoni was an extinct parrot from the Mascarene Islands, known from Quaternary subfossil deposits. The Mascarene Islands (Mauritius, Réunion, Rodrigues) once harbored an extraordinary endemic avifauna now largely destroyed by colonization.

Diet & Feeding

Carnivore

Margarobyas was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
