† Pachycephalosaurus wyomingensis was the largest pachycephalosaur (~4.5m, ~200kg), from the Late Cretaceous Hell Creek Formation of western North America. Its skull dome could be 25cm thick; originally thought to be a different animal when found as an isolated dome ('Tylosteus').
