† Pachyrhinosaurus canadensis was a large pachyrhinosaurine ceratopsid (~6-8m, ~3,000kg) from the Late Cretaceous of Alberta. Distinguished by its large bony frill with large horns and rugose nasal boss, it lived at high latitudes and is known from mass bonebeds.

Messelastur gratulator was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
