† Zizhoupus wangi is a Middle Jurassic ichnospecies from Sichuan Province, China, a second theropod track type from the Shaximiao Formation. The coexistence of multiple theropod ichnogenera reflects a diverse predator guild in the Middle Jurassic of Sichuan.

Zizhoupus wangi was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
