† Xuanhuaceratops niei is a Late Jurassic chaoyangosaurid ceratopsian from Hebei Province, China, among the oldest known ceratopsians. This small primitive horned dinosaur sheds light on the early evolution of Ceratopsia before the diversification of large-horned forms.
