Elaenia martinica, the Caribbean elaenia, is a small tyrant flycatcher (Tyrannidae) distributed across the Lesser Antilles and adjacent Caribbean islands. Approximately 16 cm long and 19 g, it is primarily a frugivore and seed-disperser in dry scrub and secondary forest, supplementing its diet with insects. Subfossil material is known from Caribbean island cave and sinkhole deposits. It is among the resident passerines of the Lesser Antilles most tolerant of disturbed habitats.
