Titanis walleri is an extinct terror bird (Phorusrhacidae) from the Miocene to Pleistocene of Florida and Texas, one of the few phorusrhacids to enter North America. This large flightless predator may have reached over 2 meters tall and weighed 150 kg.

Titanis walleri was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
