Bolong yixianensis

† Bolong yixianensis was an Early Cretaceous iguanodontian ornithopod from the Yixian Formation of Liaoning Province, China. This medium-sized herbivore, approximately 5 m long, is known from a nearly complete skeleton and contributes to understanding the diversity of basal hadrosauroids in East Asia during the Aptian age. It inhabited the forested wetland environments of the Jehol Biota.
