† Eoconfuciusornis zhengi — an Early Cretaceous Confuciusornithidae bird from China. Closely related to the more common Confuciusornis; possesses a toothless beak, an early evolution in birds. Small omnivorous avian. Known from Yixian Formation deposits of Liaoning Province.
