† Idiornis itardiensis — an Eocene seriema-like bird (Cariamiformes) from Germany. Medium terrestrial omnivore; related to the South American seriemas (Cariamidae). From the Eocene Itard Formation. Eocene European cariamiform birds represent a now-extinct radiation outside South America.
