† Megalosauropus broomensis is an ichnotaxon of huge theropod tracks from the Lower-Middle Jurassic of Western Australia (Broome). These enormous tridactyl footprints (~80cm) are among the world's largest dinosaur tracks and document apex predators in Gondwanan coastal habitats.

Lithoptila abdounensis was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
