† Trachoolithus is a Cretaceous ootaxon of fossil eggs from India, characterized by unusually thick, roughened eggshell. These eggs from the Lameta Formation of India are tentatively assigned to titanosaur sauropod parents.

Trachoolithus was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
