Becassius charadriioides is an extinct shorebird from Eocene deposits of the Quercy phosphorites of France. This small carnivorous charadriiform wader is known from articulated skeletal material preserved in the remarkable fossil-rich Quercy lagerstätte. It represents part of the diverse Paleogene shorebird community that inhabited the shallow coastal environments of Eocene Europe.
