† Natovenator polydontus was a small swimming theropod from the Late Cretaceous Barun Goyot Formation of Mongolia. Described in 2022 as potentially semi-aquatic based on its streamlined body, elongated ribs resembling penguins, and numerous fine teeth adapted for catching fish.
Diet & Feeding
Mangystania humilicristata was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
