†Agujaceratops mavericus was a chasmosaurine ceratopsian from the Late Cretaceous (~75 Ma) of Texas, USA. A quadrupedal herbivore distinct from A. mariscalensis in frill and horn morphology, it was named by Lehman et al. in 2016. The species name means 'maverick,' reflecting its independent discovery and unique anatomical features within the Aguja Formation fauna.
