Brontozoum thianschanicum

† Brontozoum thianschanicum is a carnivorous ichnogenus — a trace fossil taxon — from the Middle Jurassic of Tajikistan. It is known solely from fossilized footprint trackways attributed to a large theropod dinosaur. The tracks indicate a substantial bipedal carnivore traversing the Tian Shan region, representing one of the few Middle Jurassic theropod trace records from Central Asia.
