Borvocarbo tardatus is an extinct cormorant from Oligocene or Miocene deposits of Germany. This carnivorous diving bird, slightly larger or more derived than Borvocarbo guilloti, inhabited the coastlines and large inland lakes of Paleogene central Europe. Its fossils contribute to knowledge of the early European radiation of phalacrocoracid birds.
