† Eobucco brodkorbi — an extinct Eocene barbet relative from the Green River Formation, United States. Named in honor of paleornithologist Pierce Brodkorb. Small insectivorous to frugivorous arboreal bird. One of the earliest fossil records of the order Piciformes in North America.
