Otouphepus declivis was an Eocene or Oligocene bird of uncertain affinity from North America. Part of the diverse early Cenozoic avian radiation, this poorly known bird represents one of many lineages that failed to persist into the modern era.
Diet & Feeding
Meleagridae was a plant-eating dinosaur. Herbivores typically fed on ferns, cycads, conifers, and other vegetation available during their era. Many herbivorous dinosaurs developed specialized teeth and digestive systems for processing tough plant material.
