Miorallus

Miorallus is an extinct Miocene rail (Rallidae) from Hungary. Rails are an ancient group of marshland birds; this taxon documents the Neogene diversification of gruiform birds in the Pannonian Basin of central Europe.

Carnivore

Miorallus was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
