Velafrons coahuilensis

† Velafrons coahuilensisは、メキシコのコアウイラ、セロ・デル・プエブロ層から発見された後期白亜紀のランベオサウルス亜科ハドロサウルス類である。前方上方に突出する中空の頭蓋鶏冠はランベオサウルス亜科の中で独特であり、音響シグナル伝達に機能したと考えられる。
