Medusaceratops lokii

Nettion robustum was an extinct teal from Quaternary New Zealand. Closely related to modern teal species, this duck inhabited freshwater wetlands and was likely extirpated following Polynesian colonization of New Zealand and the associated hunting and habitat modification.
