† Velociraptorinae is the subfamily within Dromaeosauridae including Velociraptor and close relatives, with material from Late Cretaceous Sudan. This advanced dromaeosaurid lineage was distributed across Asia, Africa, and possibly North America in the Late Cretaceous.
