Aizengyps toomeyae is an extinct Old World vulture from the Miocene of the Iberian Peninsula. A large scavenging raptor of the Accipitridae family, it was described from fossil material recovered in Spain. Its discovery adds to understanding the diverse Neogene raptor fauna of Europe and the evolutionary history of Old World vultures before the modern genera were established.
