Alca minor is an extinct small auk from the Pliocene and Pleistocene of Europe and North America. Smaller than the modern Razorbill, it was a diving seabird of North Atlantic waters. Known from fossil material from England and the eastern United States, it documents the historical diversity of Alca alcids in the North Atlantic during the Neogene.

Alca minor was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
