†Dilophosaurus wetherilli ('two-crested lizard of Wetherbill') is an Early Jurassic theropod from the Kayenta Formation of Arizona, USA. Reaching ~6 m, it is one of the largest Early Jurassic predators and is distinguished by twin bony crests along its skull. Despite its Jurassic Park portrayal, it bore no evidence of a neck frill or venom in the fossil record.
