Moho braccatus is the Kauai oo, an extinct Hawaiian honeyeater (Mohoidae) last seen in 1987. Known from museum specimens and Quaternary fossils from Hawaii, it went extinct due to habitat loss and introduced predators.
Diet & Feeding
Moho braccatus was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
